Tuition Fee is paid in advance.

No Refund will be available for the paid tuition fee.

All Students will be enrolled according to PST. Any change to other Time Zones will not affect the student’s scheduled timings.

Make-up Classes Policy:

• We offer make-up classes only for missed days/lessons caused by tutors.
• Any classes missed by students will not be eligible for replacement.

Holidays Policy:

• Classes will not be held on designated holidays such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, 9-10 Muharram Haram, 27th Ramadan, etc.
• Any classes scheduled on these days will be eligible for a replacement class.

Make-up Lessons Options:

• (A) By a substitute tutor.
• (B) By adding free classes in the same billing cycle.
• (C) By extending the due date to include free make-up classes.

Non-Payment Policy:

• If the tuition fee is not paid after the due date, the school has the right to terminate enrollment and stop classes without any further intimation.

Student Responsibility:

• It is the student’s responsibility to be present at the scheduled class time.
• As a good gesture, we might give you a reminder call or SMS.

Right to Refuse Service:

• LearnQuranSalah.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
